Solved Computer Freezes with NO error message in Event Viewer.

Seems like everytime I am watching a YouTube video, the computer would freeze to where I can't move my mouse or anything.

Only way I can get back on track again is doing a hard reset. My computer has NO lag issues, restarts in 10.5 seconds flat each time and boots back up fully in about 20 seconds or less.

Using Win 7 Ultimate x64 SP1
Samsung 480GB Enterprise SSD
16GB Kingston RAM
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. SABERTOOTH 990FX Rev. 101 Motherboard

Anyone know what could be causing the FREEZE when watching Flash Content? There is no error messages in the event viewer after my computer boots back up.

I downloaded and installed the Hotfix from MS that supposed to fix the freezing up due to the SP1 update, but still didn't help.

I'm not too familiar with Nvidia cards, but I can say that my FX990 board has had issues with my Vcard. My own fixes might not apply to yours, but I bet it has something to do with the change in Power_States, where the PCIE voltages and the Vcard voltage needs are causing the card to freeze up. I just posted a reply which may be helpful:

Look into "forcing constant voltages" with Afterburner, GPU Tweak, etc.

Quich update:

I updated the drivers to my Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller and so far, no random freezing when idle and when watching videos.

I find it odd that a LAN can cause freezing, but whatever it was, the updated drivers worked. I'll report back if there is any freezing from here on out...

Final update:

I replaced the sound card in my computer to a brand new one and have not had any random freezing, so looks like problems is solved. Seems like the computer running Windows 7 doesn't like OLD hardware much.

To be more clear of my past issue; when the computer froze, whatever I was doing on the screen would stay put (like a frozen picture) and can't move the mouse or the keyboard is able to do anything. Even when I hit CAPS LOCK, the lights on the keyboard doesn't even turn on or off.
