Computer Freezes

Hello

I am having trouble with my computer, it keeps freezing several times per day but i don't know why.

What happens is when i play some game, just going on the internet or watching a film. the computer freezes, the game just stops. Internet does not respond and the mouseschanges to that loading icon, the movie freezes/sound goes away.

This happens several times per day and lasts between 30-90 seconds.

As to why a computer might freeze there are many possibilities. Something as simple as dust build up causing the RAM or a video card to over heat to malware to a major failure of some hardware. There could also be a conflict with some programs running at the same time. There may not be enough memory while playing games. So for right now, you may want to look thorukgh this troubleshooting guide that was prepared by one of the Forum experts.

I did everything in the troubleshooting steps, but the freezes still happen
