Computer freezes.

Computer is cleared from viruses. Components are new, but Ive got this problem since I have bought new grafic card and new power.
Power: LC Power 550W Silent Giant
Grafic card: NVidia GeForce 8800GT 1GB
Last time when i moved CPU to connect printer and computer freezed so I had to do restart. This happened to me few times more today when I moved CPU.
I almost forget , when I restart computer after freez, coolers stop working on a second, then start again then stops again.This last for 3 seconds, after that system turns on.I dont know how to fix this. This never happened to me earlier. I heard that you are best for this on our places.
Footnote: This is not happening only when I move CPU, thats just example.

Temperatures is OK.

PROC : Intel core2duo E6300 @ 1.86
Graf : Nvidia GeForce 8800 GT @ 1gb
Napajanje : LC Power 550W Silent Giant
MB : MSI G41M-P26
HD : Hitachi 149 gb
RAM : 1x4GB 1333mhz

I dont have BSODs associated with this problem. Only freeze and i must restart PC!
