Computer freezes

My computer freezes in 2-3 day's or it sometimes freezes randomly, when my computer freezes it boot's up slow.Here's the event log

Update your installed anti-virus suite and run a full scan. After that run some additional on-demand scans using these free products.

Malwarebytes

ESET Online Scanner

If the scans come back clean I'd look for damaged or corrupt system files. Run a system file checker scan from an elevated command prompt (option two.) If any problems are found, run the scan 3 times and reboo the computer after each scan.

I updated my AVG to the latest and i did Malaware bytes full scan and ESET
ESET online scanner found a virus
and malaware bytes found another virus but it was in my temp folder
AVG found no viruses,
btw. The virus is Riskware.Win32.Toolbar.CrossRider.AMN
edit:I was watching youtube video's then my computer frozed.
