Computer hangs

Hello everybody!

My computer keeps on hanging randomly no bluescreen it just stops responding, its also lagging randomly in games, movies, music and even when im just surfing. I looked at my dmp files but the last one is from 2010-03-10 is it still useful?

This problem is really iterating and i dont want to format just to see it starting again, can someone help me with this?

Make sure that all your drivers are up to date and that you are using the official drivers, not the ones off of Windows Update.

Check your RAM. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/715-memory-diagnostics-tool.html

I did a system restore a couple of weeks ago but no difference, it feels like the problems have become worse the last weeks, the only thing i have done is installing new graphic card drivers so i changed back but it made no difference either. I looked in the event viewer and there was a bunch of errors and warnings some of them i dont even understand what they are for.
