I have some strange issue with windows esplorer

LIke seen on picture whenewer I open computer icon OR open send to menu on right clikc I see list of all my folders on computer. that is annoying as th9ose folders should be hidden there. I look at my send to folder %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo and there is nothing wrong there only 4-5 icons showing

How can I get rid of those folders showing everywhere ?

I was first thinking that I should clear "show hidden files option" but that didnot help. actually if i click "restore defaults" in folder options nothing happens again

@zigzag
what was your point , sorry but i did not understand.
