Hello Cleopatra and welcome to Seven Forums.

First, it would be very helpful if you would provide details about your laptop. At the top of any Forum page click on "User CP". Then in the left column click on "Edit System Spec".

Are you getting any error messages when your computer restarts? Does the computer restart on its own or only when you try to perform a specific task?

One of the Forum experts prepared two troubleshooting tutorials that may help. They are time consuming but have helped many solve their problems.

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/220165-troubleshooting-steps-windows-7-a.html

You could also skip the troubleshooting steps and just go for a clean resinstall.

Is there a way to have access to these info without the laptop opening?

And yes it keeps starting back on it's own but no error message. Maybe it give one but I don't have time to see it cause it closes. I'll be trying the rescue Kaspersky to see if it works. I've tried to reinstall windows ultimate 64 bit but after I notice I had ultimate 32 bit...could that also be the reason why it told me once that there was not enough space?

If I reinstall windows, do I need to have a certain space on my computer or will it erase everything all by it self?

Yes, it is possible to change from a 32 bit version of Windows 7 to a 64 bit version. It cannot be done by upgrading. It can only be done with a clean install (wipe everything off the hard drive and then install the 64 bit version.) There might be a very small difference in how much hard drive space is used between 32 bit and 64 bit versions. But I don't think you'd receive any warnings about not having enough disk space.

This Microsoft article explains more about 32 bit vs. 64 bit.

32-bit and 64-bit Windows: frequently asked questions

If you have an Ultimate 32 bit disk you can try a Repair Install to fix your 32 bit computer.

If you'd like to do a clean install and go from 32 bit to 64 bit, one of the Forum members prepared this tutorial.

I just looked at the laptop and remembered that when I bought it was windows Vista. So does this mean that I have to find a windows Vista to reinstall and after upgrade it to windows 7 ultimate or can I do the installation directly with windows 7 ultimate?

As long as you have a valid 25-digit Product Key for Windows 7 Ultimate (which should have come with your Ultimate installation disk) you can use that disk to do a repair install on the 32 bit operating system by using the 32 bit install disk. If you also have the 64 bit installation disk you can use that for the clean install to go to 64 bit. You'd use the same 25-digit Product Key when it comes time to register the 64 bit version.

Do you have a working computer? If so you can download an ISO of the Windows 7 version you have a License for from here.
Official Windows 7 SP1 ISO from Digital River « My Digital Life

The use the Windows 7 USB DVD Download tool to burn it to USB thumb drive. Google search for that tool.

But in the end you may face a similar problem with your system. Basically the operating system does not become corrupted for no reason. More then likely it is caused by some hardware fault/error/problem. Although it may be Virus related.

Not that it wouldn't help and more then likely solve your current problem but it may return because of some other problem with your system.

I guess a Re-Install is the place to start and see what happens.

Oh ok, I will download it and tell you what happens then. So if I do understand I have to get a tool and then download the ISO and after install it.
