Computer locked up, Restarted with BSOD 1E

I just received a BSOD stop 1E. I have received this before.

Could someone please help me figure out why I'm getting the BSOD?

Hi DocFxit,

It appears you have 2 AV (Anti-Virus) progams.
In your case, either of them is causing the crashes.

Please uninstall Bitdefender or Zone Alarm

Bitdefender comes in two flavors. I am using the Antivirus only.
ZoneAlarm comes in two flavors. I am using the Firewall only.

Either of them is giving you the crashes, please remove 1 of them.
