Computer locking up shortly after boot

I'm having some difficulty diagnosing this one, but I think it's the graphics card. Shortly after booting and logging in, the computer locks up on a fairly random basis. The only known way to get out of it is forcing a reboot. I tested the hard drive, ran Windows through a system test, updated the drivers, and tested the RAM, and all of it passed. The HDD test did tell me that the drive overheated once, but it passed the long test, and Windows SFC found no violations.

Will this test an integrated card?

It can test the Intel integrated graphics but it's more for a dedicated card. The test runs badly on integrated graphics usually under 10-12 FPS.

I replaced the PSU, and it's still locking up. The only thing I really have left to test is the processor and mobo. Any ideas for how to do that?

Did you run the GPU test I linked earlier? The motherboard can't be tested per se, but you can test the RAM and slots and hard drivethis way:

Hard drive(s)test(s):

Pick one for your HDD brand or use Seatools.

7 Free Hard Drive Testing Software Tools

RAM (memory) test:

This will require memtest on a bootable CD or USB stick.

RAM - Test with Memtest86+

The graphics card test seemed too much for the graphics card to handle. It's the built in card. I can't remember what motherboard it has, but it has an i3.

Also, I already tested the RAM and HDD. Those were my first steps. I also tested the OS, and no integrity violations were found.

I already have Core Temp installed. The system has an Intel i3, Asus P8H61 mobo, Cruicial Ballistix Sport 4GB RAM, Samsung Spinpoint 1TB HDD, and an Antec VP-450 PSU.

Having run the CPU test for two hours, it showed no errors.

If you mean Prime95, it take 30 minutes to stabilize and an 8 hour run to properly check. If you get a "Worker has stopped" message, that's an error.

What were your temps?

Right, but EXACTLY as the tuts suggest, for example Prime need to run at least 8 hours, you did two. It get a bit more stressful as it goes on.
