I'm having a problem when I'm playing WoW where my computer will randomly just completely lock up and I have to hard reset. I have attempted all the troubleshooting suggestions provided by Blizzard. I have updated all my drivers and I've monitored my computer to see if it's overheating which it's not. The only thing I see is in the event viewer is a kernel-pnp warning that says:

The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device WpdBusEnumRoot\UMB\2&37c186b&0&STORAGE#VOLUME#_??_USBSTOR#DISK&VEN_GENERIC-&PROD_COMPACT_FLASH&REV_1.00#20060413092100000&0#.

This warning shows up every time my computer crashes. I've tried looking through all the drivers in my device manager but I don't see any flags that any of my drivers are faulty. I have no idea how to find the problem let alone fix it. Please help!

Corrupted drivers is my assumption... download latest drivers from ATI and Audio (perhaps REALTEK), then uninstall the ones you have now, restart, let windows install the generic drivers and then go ahead and install the ones you have just downloaded... restart for good measure and hopefully, that will cure your illness :D

I have uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers from ATI and my audio, plus I have updated my chipset drivers as well.

I have found that there is a information event before the kernel-pnp that might help to figure out what's failing. It says:

Event ID 10114
The UMDF reflector was unable to complete startup because the WUDFPf service was not found. This service may be started later during boot, at which point Windows will attempt to start the device again.

On the microsoft support site they have a hotfix for an error that says the same thing except instead of WUDFPf it says WUDFsvc. I don't know if I should try the hotfix since it's not the exact same error that it's referring to.

I ran CCleaner to see if that could fix anything and it fixed a bunch of errors in the registry but I still crashed.

I would run Windows Update and let it install everything you have to update except the video and audio drivers, those are always generic ones that don't help but rather hinder you... when it comes to gaming that is ;)
