Computer Login Reset

I just got a new, ASUS Altec A53U laptop and need to reset the computer login password. In order to do so, it's asking me for a disc with a "Reset Wizard" on it, which did not come w/the laptop. Any ideas on how I can do this? Can't use the computer, otherwise!

Where did you buy the pc?
You should resintall windows if you have a disc and a lisence.

On-line from TigerDirect; everything was already installed, and it didn't come with any back up discs, just a users guide.

You should call them up for the password then, i don't know much about the details

If you did not set the password, return to TigerDirect as new PC's do not come with a password.
