Hey guys ;)
I have recently had a problem where my computer slows down so much it wont start programs up or even shut-down. It is usually after starting games like counter-strike source and such up. So please post if you have had the same issue or have any reccomendations ;)

Check Resource Monitor. To do this, open up Task Manager (right click on the TaskBar)
Then click on the Performance tab, then click on the Resource Monitor button (I'm pretty sure that this is the way to it - but it's different on my system as I'm using Win8)

If you can't figure out what the issue is, please post screen shots of the Resource Monitor screen>
