Computer not booting help

I used an image burner that came with the siren tool, I can't remember the exact name but I think it was called "*can't remember* CDCC". But I can't even get into the bios menu to change it to boot the cd/DVD drive first, basically when I push the power button everything sounds as it normally would when I first turned on the computer but nothing is displayed, none of the locks on the keyboard(num, caps, scroll) are on/changeable which I'm sure you could usually do when the computer is booting and also the hard drive activity light on the computer doesn't flash.

Sorry mate in a rush just now so I can't tell you just now but I'll test it in roughly an hour. It's the beeping sound that a computer makes if a piece of hardware is missing but I'll count the beeps once I get back from this errand.
