Solved Computer Not Loud Enough?
Got a Windows XP and I tried using my headphone set on it but for some reason,it isn't as loud as my other computer(both are desktops) which is a Windows 7. I increased the sound on basically everything I could get my hands on but there wasn't much of a difference?

A average sound card can be cheap, a great sound card can be expensive.
A have no idea where you can get a sound card from in Ireland.
I`m sure 1 of your country men will jump in and help out.
