Last night i shut down my pc and it was updating, and i was cleaning my desk and stuff, right? Okay, welll i think i accidentaly pressed something on my keyboard and the moment the computer shut down, it started back on. Just turned itself on. And now everytime i turn on this pc, it loads the motherboard screen and stuff, then there's a black screen and 3 seconds later it restarts over and over, restart, motherboard screen, restart, and restart again. There might be corruptedfiles

Unplug AC power, hold the power button for 30 seconds to drain power, plug it back in and try starting again.

If it loops again try interrupting it by tapping the key for BIOS setup, enter BIOS setup to reset to defaults. Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

Next try booting the Win7 installation media or System Repair Disk.

Run Startup Repair which should automate System Restore, the most likely solution to interrupted Updates. If not run it yourself from System Recovery Options.

If these fail test your hardware first and then proceed with the other steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start

Yeah let me just put out that I forgot to mention that IT FAILS TO LOAD THE OPERATING SYSTEM! :( I can't do anything, almost barely anything. The furthest I can go (and the only thing I can do) is load up the BIOS setup. :/

Can you access System Recovery Options by tapping the F8 key at boot? If so then you can try Startup Repair or System Restore from the Options list to see if it will start.

If not you'll need to find a PC to create the disks required for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start, or else take it to a shop.

I would first make the Win7 DVD or if you have access to a WIn7 PC a System Repair Disk
so you can boot it to run Startup Repair. It should automate System Restore but if not run it from the System Recovery Options which might also be available now on F8 Advanced Boot Options

If neither work then you'lll need to start at the top of Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start to disinfect because often it will not repair until disinfected.. Everything else that can be done to start Win7 is also in those steps, up to if necessary rescuiing your files to run Factory Recovery or do the superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

Nope, no buttons work. Only the ''Delete'' button which loads up the BIOS setup thing.
