Computer or Windows 7 fail to boot.

I had to do a clean install of Windows 7, because while trying to fix dual boot with Windows 8 problem, after I no longer wanted dual boot with Windows 8. My main HDD failed, I had to install another HDD, tested it, checked good, I then installed Windows 7 on it, also I used other software and erased everything from the drive that had Windows 8 installed on it.
After installing Windows 7, found that my computer won't bnoot with out Windows 7 install DVD in my dvd drive. The boot order is (1-dvdrooom, (2-First HDD), the first HDD has Windows 7 installed on it. When I try to boot computer with out install dvd in drive, it displays this at bottom of screen,

I shut down my computer, restart it insert dvd into drive and let it boot into windows, and then everything is ok. After Windows 7 finished booting I went into MsConfig, then clicked the Boot Tab and this it what is there, I am including a screen shot of MsConfig.
This is the first time this has happened, and first time I have ever encountered this. I am not sure how to proceed to fix this problem. Please help, as this has really gotten me frustrated. Thank you.

Yes I can, I just looked at it and imediatly I saw what the problem is, I don't rememkber how to fix the problem though. The drive that don't have a drive letter, is where the system files are. The drive that has the system files is in all realityis the 80gb drive, that is the one that had Windows 8 on before I erased it. Before I go any further I forgot to mention that both drives are SATA. I think I know what I need to do. I am going to change the channel that the drives are onand then erase the disks and start over. In the bio's I told it what the first boot HDD was and the first boot dvd drive was, then before I installed Windows I told where to install them. What happened is that the smaller HDD of the two is actually the master slave, according to the bios, the larger HDD is channel 2 master or something like that. If I am right then the larger drive has to be set as the master slave and the othger drive has to be on the other channel. If I am right, is there another way to fix the problem then what I just said. Thank you for the responce, I never even thought to look at the drive manager. Thanks again, how dumb could I be, or absent minded.

We will give you the simple steps to recover the Win7 boot files so that it will boot, as we have done for thousands of others in similar cases.

If you are planning to reinstall then unplug the other HD and follow these steps to Clean Install Windows 7 deleting all partitions as shown in Steps 6/7 to create new and format before install.
