Solved Computer restarts as soon as the windows loads

Once i had kept the hardware password from the BIOS and then i was not able to remove it. But then some how i managed to remove it. But after that my computer restarts as soon as the windows 7 logo starts to appear. even the windows 7 logo has not yet fully completed loading and before it completes the loading the computer gets restarted. and i think i am not able to access any safe mode or safe mode with networking. Has my hard drive crashed ? Please give the appropriate solution.

Well its probably due to following things.

• Overheating
• Power Supply
• Bad RAM

thank you so much for your reply . . i really appreciate your reply . . . but the problem was very small . . . i had installed windows 7 using IDE technology and by mistake i had changed the bios setting from IDE to AHCI so the OS was not starting . . . still thank you so much for considering my problem and for your kind help . . .
