Have you checked the time and date mate? Simple as it sounds it can be a very simple problem to fix.

Win7 will not boot from USB drives or if USB connected. Internally connect the hD.

Reset BIOS to defaults: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS
Take note of the SATA controller setting first to reset it as it was, then if it still won't boot change it to the other settings to try again.

Stalls at the start animation are mostly driver-related, so I'd try System Restore from System Recovery Options as far back as you can go.

In addition from the same Options list run Startup Repair up to 3 separate times after confirming the Partition Marked Active is the 100mb SysReserved partition (preferred ifyou have it) or C.

If these all fail, test your HD and RAM and then proceed through the other steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start which try everything possible leading up to if necessary rescuiing your files to do the superior Clean Reinstall provided.

Ok so now i get to the logo, then it blue screens then the screen goes blank and the monitor light turns orange. Then i hear 2 long beeps about 10 seconds apart and it just sits. Any ideas?
