So, my computer is about 2.5 years old and I have been facing massive problems with flashplayer.

The issue is this: Whenever I run videos with my favorite drama's, the video player would then stop loading cause the whole screen to freeze whilst still being able to move my mouse. Then the computer would turn black and restart and tells me that I need to insert a new boot device or boot media in order to boot up my computer. So What is the problem here? I have downgraded flash player beta 12.0 to 11.9 and I have defrag my computer. Usually, mozilla firefox would tell me, the shockwave flashplayer plugin has crashed and allows me to refresh, but it has become so alarmingly frequent that every other video I view would result in me needing to Hard reset my computer by turning off the sockets.

Continued usage would cause me to freeze every half an hour of usage even after resetting. The question is am i overheating, something too? It all started when other programs im running concurrently with the video stopped responding and my computer keeps freezing before it restarts itself. I was running flash games that were downloaded.

How do I fix this?

first of all id try a non Beta version of flash. make sure its the x64 bit version and not the 32bit. For some unknown reason the automatic flash update always downloads the 32bit version for me..
Next id update all of you drivers (most important GPU and chipset) this will eliminate any driver conflicts that may pop up.

Done and the problem still persists. I have gotten a BSOD but my memory dump was not configured properly. It seems that the explorer.exe would freeze up when i try to go the task manager and cause my computer to restart everytime.
