Computer shuts down all of a sudden

Hello,
Today my computer keeps crashing in the first few minutes of use. It was working properly yesterday. I run a Windows 7 Ultimate x64 bit. Yesterday I downloaded Logmein and Teamspeak 3 (None of which seem like the problem, but I want to be sure). My computer shuts off all of a sudden and if I didn't have my TV on, I would've thought my house was going through a power outage. Even in safe mode, my computer still shuts down for no apparent reason. Can anyone help?

Does it shut down at random intervals or at specific times? Could your PC be overheating?

I'm guessing that it shuts down at random. The first crash was in 20 minutes of use, then the 2nd was at the first 5 minutes. Any other crash was just sort of random. I'm not very good at predicting whether it is overheating or not. All of the other computers in my house work fine, but this one doesn't.

It says 63 degrees Celsius for Cores 0 - 2. Core 3 is 60 degrees Celsius. I need help please!
