I have no clue, I got it from a friend who works at a computer store, who just took the files and put them on my flash drive for me. I then gave it to my brother, who's installation went perfectly. It's something with my computer.
If it is a bunch of files instead of one ISO you are going to have problems. You dont even know if it is a legit copy, or a working one. If I were you I would downlload a fresh copy

It's not a bunch of files. It's basically a folder, with a setup.exe and all of the Windows files. Just because it's not a single ISO doesn't mean anything. Plus the fact that my brother installed it, and everything worked fine. It's something with my PC.
