Computer Shutting Off by itself

Solved: I am using a computer I built myself and I have overclocked the processor to 2.60GHz when it supports 2.00GHz and I got 4270 3DMarks and when I undone the changes, it kept shutting itself off. I cleared the BIOS and I still keep getting problems.
Startup Repair can't even fix it and I sometimes got the BSOD. It also shuts down by itself as if I was in a power cut and I keep losing unsaved data I spent several minutes or even hours on.

I even keep getting unexpected shutdowns even when I am using the BIOS.

You have to change the extension to dmp.

I guess the problem is with yuor Memory. Also i would recommend to remove your AVG go for MSE which also free and more effective.

Run the Memory Diagnostic & HD Diagnostic
Also i would recommend to run System Integrity Checker

Start > Run > CMD > Right Click and Run as administrator > SFC/ SCANNOW

When I have taken my graphics card out it worked perfectly and it keeps shutting off by itself with it in and I can't access the BIOS. I am getting a new graphics card.

I am trying to use my new graphics card and it shuts itself off so it is the motbherboard. Give me some tips to fix that problem.
