Not quite sure when this started, but around 6-8 weeks ago. At the onset when I go online(ie11), everything seems to be quick while general browsing and even playing a vid in youtube or live leak, and even playing my online miniclip pool game. The issue I'm having is that if the computer is left sitting for a length of time(20-30min or more), the computers response time is extremely slow(dialup speed and slower or no response at all). I have done quite a few clean installs in hopes. Everything within explorer is working at it's normalcy. I even went and purchased a new usb wifi adapter to test, but computer is still the same. I used hot cpu overnight to test some aspects of the pc and cpu is fine. Nothing abnormal in device manager. I still have yet to do a mem86 test overnight. I'm kinda leaning toward memory or gpu(I dunno). This is an old desktop(emachines el1300g-02w with 4g mem), but it is only used for basic stuff youtube vids, and online miniclip pool like I had said. No gaming whatsoever. I don't have the $$$ to invest in a new computer. I will be willing to buy a cheap graphics card or memory if that's the issue. Maybe someone can give some ideas about this?
