Hello there recently I changed my computers graphics card up a slot to increase airflow to do this i unplugged all the power connectors, put everything back together and the computer turned on didnt even get to the bios before it turned off 2 seconds later it turned on again and everything is running fine?

I would think that a power connector is not connected properly. Check your graphics card to see if all necessary connecters are connected. If they are, just push them in a bit and see if it works. If not, I recommend moving it back to the previous slot.

Yes but after it turns off it turns on again and works fine?

When you move cards around in their slots the BIOS has to basically do a new "inventory" of the devices and their paths to each other and record this information for the OS to use. Most likely the BIOS rebooted itself to initialize the devices in their new locations.

As long as everything is running normally after that first re-boot then you should be fine.

You have a P8P67?

The second PCI-E X16 slot on it is not a great place to use a graphics card. It defaults to PCI-E X1. It can be set to X4, but some of the other controllers are turned off. Check your manual.

This doesn't explain your problem, although I don't know what would happen if a PCI-E X16 graphics card was plugged into a slot that was (electrically) set as X1.
