I turned on my computer today and it stayed frozen at the starting windows screen for. Long time, but it would not move on. Then it jumped back and started booting the computer again but hung at the same spot. I tried starting my computer in safe mode, but it won't boot into safe mode either. I can not do any of the system recovery options. Also by BIOS has a password on it and I have no clue what it is, So I can't not access my BIOS.

Who set the BIOS password?

In any event, if you have physical access to the computer and a screwdriver, BIOS passwords can almost always be reset. Where/how the reset is done depends on the motherboard vendor but for a desktop it's usually very easy. That's one reason why I don't bother with a BIOS password. If you need to secure your data, use encryption.

If the system is not bootable because the BIOS isn't set to boot external drives and the internal drive won't boot and you cannot get into the BIOS, there is nothing we can do to help you at that point. Contact your IT department or system vendor for directions on how to reset the BIOS back to factory default.
