Win 7 64bit computer will not sleep again. Had this problem once before, solved it once before, but not this time. Here is what I have tried:
-Told mouse not to wake computer up from sleep
-Disabled all wake on LAN functions
-Disabled media sharing
-Disabled Realtek Audio driver

I ran 'powerconfig requests' in the command prompt and was told the Realtek Driver was an issue. I disabled it to test if this would solve the issue but it has not. Since disabling it, 'powercfg requests' lists no problems. 'powercfg energy' also does not display anything as interfering. I am at a loss now..,

Thanks, I will try out the suggestions in that link after I get home. In the meantime, I did also try 'powercfg -lastwake', and this showed a wake count of 0. My computer isn't even going to sleep, the monitor just turns off for a few seconds and then turns back on, if that helps any. The first time I had this issue, the computer would at least turn off briefly.
