Ok, my aunt has a old emachines W619 or something like that. I cleaned the dust and decided to give her an old psu, working and tested, p4, compatible and working, and a geforce 7300LE, just to give her a boost. It refuses to boot now. Fans run, HDD makes its boot beep, no ram beeps or gx card error beeps. Now the onboard VGA and the gfx card arent working. I don't know whats wrong. I have cleaned it before. So I put back the regular stuff. Problem still persists. I have tried resetting the bios from the jumper. Nothing is working. What could be wrong?

Try undoing whatever you just did. Put the original PSU and GFX card back in, and see if the problem goes away.

Without any evidence to support this, I wonder if it's the GFX card.

It was just brought to me it was turning off on her randomly. I think I just finished the kill without even doing anything wrong. Its 7 years old >->. Just going to toss together a pc I have lying around, which is where the parts came from. It WILL work. My only bitch about it is, its got ddr1 D:

Guys, I have seen Emachines do some crazy CRAZY stuff due to bad power supplies. Borrow one from another machine if possible and just power from the outside of the case to see if that corrects your issue. I'd wager a solid buck that's your issue.
