Real easy. Download the iso from the site and burn it to a cd ( the file is small )

You use it to make your partitions b4 you install 7. And I always use it to mark the install partition active, that way windows doesn`t create the system reserved partition. Start off by deleting all the partitions so you have 1 empty drive, then create your partitions. Watch the video at the site, it shows you how to use Partition Wizard, very helpful.

You DO NOT NEED a System Reserved Partition. It will just waste a another use of a Primary Partition. Delete it during the install.

Partition Wizard Bootable CD allows user to manage partition directly with partition manager bootable CD.

I would break your drive into 3 PRIMARY partitions of 300 GBs, 300 GBs and a 331 GB, as a 1 terabyte drive is actually only 931 Gigabytes. ( Just an example )

You could then store your data on the 2nd and put disk images on the 3rd.

You can always order recovery cd`s from the manufacturer in the future, if you ever want to put it back to factory condition. Yuk:sick:

Since the recovery partition won't boot then there's no reason to keep any of the partitions on the HD.

So when you get to the step in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 for booting the installer to Clean Install Windows 7, choose the Drive Options link shown in Steps 6-7 to Delete all Partitions, then Create and Format the new ones like you want them.

Ignore the small 100mb boot partition Win7 creates at the front of the disk, select the next partition over for Win7 install, then click Next to start install. This way your partitioning is handled easily during install.
