I have a Workgroup network of PCs running a mix of Win7 (3 machines: T1600, T5500, Optiplex), Win10 (1 machine: T5810) and WinXP (1 old PC). I used to be able to access each machine from any of the others, but now this is not possible:
One Win7 PC (T1600) can 'see' and access all the others.
The other Win7 PCs (T5500 & Optiplex) only see themselves and the 2 other Win7 PCs. In 'Network & Sharing Center' on both these PCs, the full Network Map includes the Win10 T5810 but the cursor does not change to the 'pointing hand' when over the T5810 icon and right-click does not bring up the directory structure as it does for the others.
The Win10 PC only sees the 3 Win7 PCs - even itself does not appear under Network.
On the Optiplex Win7 PC, I use Foxit Reader for viewing pdfs - when I use the 'Open file' function in this, the directory structure shows & accesses all the Win7 PCs and the Win10 - this is not the case when I run Foxit Reader on T5500.

All the PCs are in the named Workgroup, all have Network Discovery on, File & Printer Sharing on, Public Folder sharing on, Password protected sharing off, HomeGroup connections set to Use user accounts and passwords to connect to other computers - even though there is no HomeGroup set up.

What do I need to do to enable all the PCs to see and access all the others?

What version of Windows 10 have you got type winver at a CMD prompt. All versions after 1803 have home group removed which may be part of the problem
