I took out my GPU to do some maintenance cleaning and when I put it back in, the computer wouldn't boot past the motherboard's welcome screen. So I took it out and put it back in again and now it shows this:

I'm guessing the CMOS needs a reset, but I am not sure :c

Any ideas?

All these quick responses really helped, lol. I figured it out on my own in a really weird way. I installed Windows 7 again on another HDD and ran that without my GPU in, then inserted my GPU to double check to make sure it would run, which it did. Then I plugged in my original SSD and somehow it fixed itself. Lol, I have no idea what was wrong.
