Conflicting Microsoft Compatibility Tools?

I'm looking at two Windows 7 compatibility tools from Microsoft, and they are giving conflicting results. The Upgrade Advisor download (Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor - Download - Microsoft Windows) says two of my printers have "Unknown" status and that my version of Symantec has "Known Issues" and may experience problems. But when I use the online Compatibility Center (Windows 7 Compatibility Center home) it says those items are "Compatible" and they have big green check marks next to them. Which one should I believe?

I would tend to believe the downloaded report more...at least in terms of Symantec. I don't know about it in W7, but I found that Symantec was a known issue on previous OSs that I have used. In other words, I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole.
