confused epson dx4450

i dont no if this has any thing to do with windows 7 but i cant work it out Before Christmas I got a new PC base unit Acer 3950 i3 windows 7 64bit ive installed the 64bit drivers for my Epson dx4450 when I print any thing off it prints half of the image then ejects the paper then it continues to ejects about 20 sheets of paper through with nothing printerd on it then turns off I've installed the same drivers on my girlfriend 64bit laptop and the Epson printer works fine

are you printing the same document as her?
also... try printing from a different program to see if it is just that program...

also try right click on printer and click troubleshoot. if that doesnt help at all, delete the printer and re-add it.

also scan with http://www.malwarebytes.org/

tryed all that but it still the same

delete all drivers, uninstall printer, and plug in via usb, should automatically detect and download drivers/printer... if this does not work, see how far you can throw your computer.

i tryed every thing this afternoon for 3 hours and its still the same thats why im confused

download CutePDF - Create PDF for free, Free PDF Utilities, Edit PDF easily;. , choose this as your printer when you print, it will print it as a PDF, see if it prints the same thing your printer is printing, or if it prints correctly, this will narrow the problem down.

just had a email from epson about driver problems with new motherboards they hope to have it sorted out soon

nice! must be some big problems, if the mb is effecting the printer like this, anyway gl with that, and that cutepdf is a good trick to fixing printer problems w/o wasting $
