Is there a way that I can connect to a windows 7 computer on my network WITHOUT kicking the person off?

I want to be able to ghost the user. In essence I want to be able to see what they see and control the cursor to guide said user through software without getting up and standing over their shoulder.

Thanks,

Giskard
