Solved Connect to Modem Gateway

I installed gameranger to play online Age of Mythology so when I want to join in any game I have a problem like this:
Port-Restricted Cone NAT Router
This is GameRanger support which says that I need to connect to my Default Gateway and change UDP port.
Support: Networking

So I go to cmd then ipconfig copy my default gateway which is 10.170.0.1 but it says Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to 10.170.0.1
there is some ip that I can connect but it is all with information

My modem is Scientific Atalanta Cisco.

Welcome to Seven Forums unlockAVSO. until someone else replies, can you post a screenshot of your ipconfig?

The routers address is often 192.168.1.1 Are you using a VPN by chance?

Post the exact model number of the router will help as well.

Well, no wonder. That is indeed just a modem. But the instructions from GameRanger are for configuring a router. Those instructions do not apply to you, you are not behind a Port-Restricted Cone NAT Router. Unless there is a router elsewhere in your residence, you only have the modem connected directly to the internet. What makes you think you have a Port-Restricted Cone NAT Router issue?

Are you suing a 3rd party firewall, or just the Windows firewall? If using the Windows firewall, you may have to add an exception for your program

Thanks bro , When I make an exception sometimes works sometimes not , but now I disable firewall only when playing at it works perfect.THANKS your knowledge about for pc is very good.
