Solved connection issues

first let me start by thanking everyone for the help yesterday. i did have to completely reinstall windows.
now my issue today, i havent been able to connect to the internet. i had to download all the drivers, etc to a flash drive. finally got somewhere when it threw this at me

C:\Windows\diagnostics\system\networking

is there another driver i need to download?

Is this your computer from the link below and did you download all the drivers and install the chipset drivers first as they need to be installed before any other driver?

already downloaded all that, unzipped, installed....etc. its a cable modem(refuse to go wireless). i turned the computer over to a technician at the company i used to work for. i always trust my computer to a chinaman...lol. i almost punched the computer i got so aggravated. thank you all for your help and time it is much appreciated!!!!!
