Hey everyone,

I am making this topic for my girlfriend, who has been having this problem for a while now. We're not sure when it started, but my own research online (which should be taken with a grain of salt) says it has something to do with logitech, presumably her webcam. The webcam we had at the time has been confirmed to be incompatible with windows 7, so we removed the drivers, threw away the cam and got a new one, for which we installed the appropriate drivers. The problem persists.

The problem is an occasional BSOD, of which we've taken these pictures. I've also included the zip file you guys need. It happens seemingly at random, but the error is always the same.

I hope you guys can figure this out.

Hi SeanHL,

The research seems to be correct, the cause is the Logitech Webcam driver, which looks quite old.
Could you let me know where you got the drivers?

I got it from here:

HD Webcam C270 - Logitech Support

I have the same webcam, but it hasn't caused a bluescreen yet. I guess i should wait and see if it happens to me too. Would suck if we have to switch webcams again.

Unfortunately I cannot access the support page, possibly due to the limited connection here (I'm on vacation)

Although there is no reply within a few days, please have patience. I'm currently on vacation for a week now but will be back home within a few days.

The person in that topic was never experiencing a bluescreen though. We don't have the same problems as he does. Besides, the language is the same for both already, so i'm afraid that's not it.
