Consistent system hangs in Chrome

Since the last batch of Windows 7 updates, my system consistently hangs, where the screen freezes and/or the mouse cursor disappears.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. SF Diagnostic tool output provided

Some clarification. Your title says ...hangs in Chrome. Is this a Chrome issue, or a system issue?

Does this only happen while in Chrome? If so, see if you can press Shift+Esc and bring up Chrome's task manager. See if a tab is using excessive resources. If you are able, right click in the task manager window for more options.
