I have been having a constant "App has stopped working" error for the past few days. It happens on every app I try, IE, BF3, TS3, Steam, Origin, basically anything. I checked the event viewer, and I seem to get alot of d2d1.dll faults, ntdll.dll, msvcrt.dll, QtCore4.dll, bf3.exe fault, nvwgf2um.dll and several others.
Ive reinstalled Win7 on my SSD and a different HD as well, still no fix. Replaced both ram sticks with known good sticks, no fix, and also replaced Graphics Card to known good Radeon HD 6870 and same issue.
Ive done the sfc /scannow, no fix.
Im leaning towards the Mobo being bad, but thats just a guess. Any help would be greaT!
