Constant disk usage spikes causing lag and annoying stutter.
For the past month I've had disk usage spikles that cause my to lag and stutter in short bursts that interrupt games, music, and youtube videos. It first begaiin with my Mushkin ssd 120gb which I attributed to be the problem so i swapped it out for my current Sandisk 128gb ssd which seemed to fix the problem for about 3 days. Now its back and not as bad as it was with my first ssd but I'm still getting the 100% usage spikes and stutter. I used the SF tool and will attach some screenshots as well. Thanks in advance. This is super frustrating since its my first custom build and was hoping for better performance. I'm on a intel i7 4790k, windows 7 home premuim 64 bit, boot disk is 128gb Sandisk ssd, and 1tb westage hdd.

TRIM clears the corresponding cells of SSD when a file is deleted. It is an OS feature. Used to cleanup the SSD.
