Constant freeze? Bsod?

Im getting an extremely frequent Bsod at every start up, gotta hard reset to over ride this problem, been happening for awhile. i just built this computer 4 months ago....

Here is the minidump. help would be greatly appreciated.

This was caused by nvlddmkm.sys part of your Nvidia drivers

Remove the Nvidia drivers by using driver sweeper: Guru3D - Driver Sweeper
Then update your driver: Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers

Test your RAM also: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Causes: corrupt driver, problematic PSU/RAM/PCI slot, incorrect RAM voltages/timings, bad GPU, overheating

Your Graphics card might be faulty

:( its still happening..... i did what you said to do... it worked for awhile. then when i got home from work and loaded up my computer. it froze on first boot up.

Your graphics card may be faulty or damaged get another one or test it in another PC

It's been months from my last reply, but i finally bought a new video card installed it and removed the old one.
I'm still getting the same bsod constantly

Computer specs:

Custom made, 1 year old
windows 7 x64
Full retail windows 7

i switched from a nvidia geforce 260
to a nvidia geforce 450.
