constant random BSOD after desktop loads

Hi,

Having a hard time here, and now my PC has BSOD, so would greatly appreciate assistance . I'll post as much as possible about it to assist. Much thank you for already reading my thread!

Since owned PC (pre-built, brand new) for several months since owning it, maybe once a month or more I'd get the BSOD, but it was so irregular that I put it down as one offs, so I don't know if those crashes are related. About a month ago or so it seemed to get more frequent, maybe once every 1-3 days ore more or something. A couple weeks ago it got more frequent, I was convinced it was a recent Firefox update, noticing it more with flash player usage. Now this past few days it is progressed much more and I can't go more than a few minutes on my PC when the desktop is loaded without getting it. BSOD titles:

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA and MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

The PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA is more common for random crashing, the other is more common when doing system restore or AVG scan attempts, thought the MEMORY_MANAGEMENT has started showing more with the random crashes.



Would greatly appreciate some assistance.

Uninstall Zone Alarm and install MS Security Essentials and MalwareBytes.

   Note

Make sure you uncheck the 'Enable Free Trial' box when installing.

Run MemTest86+ for at least 8 passes. Ideally set it off before you go to bed and leave it overnight, we're looking for zero errors here. A single error will show something's going bad with your RAM.

Please note my whole post as I've already done some of those things. (don't mean that to sound rude or ungrateful)

You don't sound rude at all, I apologise for suggesting you repeat the steps you already had. the reason I requested that is to ensure you were using MemTest86+ (the RAM diagnostics we always recommend) and to be 100% sure there were no integrity issues with your hard drive.

If MemTest86+ is showing errors then there is definitely a problem with your RAM or the slots on your motherboard. How many sticks of RAM do you have installed? And how many slots do you have available?

I've done your steps 1-3, will do 4 soon.

Since cleaning the CPU fan and moving the RAM chip (don't know which "helped") to the other slot it has cut down considerably now. Only crashed once after a game as noted, and one more time when doing a registry>scan for errors in CCleaner. One pass was fine, then I scanned again and it crashed in CCleaner, BSOD.

Have you run MemTest86+ with the RAM stick in both slots (I'm presuming you have one stick of RAM and two slots available)?

Would greatly appreciated someone to checkout all my minidumps, to spot some repeated pattern. I'm only a C++ noob and in debugging myself, it's all a bit vague to me.

Not sure what extra good it'll do, but I've attached these 2 latest crashes. You can note the game one as it's processor is csgo.exe (listed in the dump). The other is that CCleaner registry scan.

I did look through all of your dumps which led me to the suggestions I provided, it does look as if your RAM is definitely the issue but your HDD did look suspect too. I'll take a look at your latest dump now.

I'm getting so stressed and upset with this.

Don't be, there's nothing that 7F can't help you through. We'll get you there.

How old is your PC? Is it still in warranty? As you've tried the RAM across two slots and it's still showing errors it's more than likely the RAM which is faulty and not the motherboard which is good. If the RAM is still in warranty you need to arrange an RMA to get it replaced, but if you can get hold of another stick to test prior to that to prove it beyond doubt that can't hurt.

There may be problems with the HDD as well but we need to get that RAM issue sorted first and foremost. Try running the Seatools diagnostic using the tutorial I linked, preferably while you can sit in front of your PC to see what's happening.

I'm looking into your RAM for you now, I was going to suggest Kingston RAM (the model supported by your board is HyperX Genesis which they no longer make by the look of it) but I'll source some for you. As your motherboard supports XMP profiles it may be best to look at 1600MHz RAM.
