Consult Administrator

Every time I try to open a link, the computer is unable to do so and I have to consult the Administrator. I own the the computer and I am the administrator so what is going on and how to I correct the problem pleases.

Thank you for the birthday greetings, strange thing is, I don't feel any different than when I was 40 except I dont hit the golf ball that far anymore and it takes a little while longer when I am on a 7 mile walk, but the whisky tastes a lot better!!!
