Hello,

Not sure if this is the right place to put this question.

I an trying to import my contact list from Comcast to Windows Live Email. It tells me they imported but they didn't. I am doing it as a cvs.

What am I do wrong?

To check that you have data in the cvs file from Comcast, open the .cvs file with Notepad. All the data you exported should be visible in plain text (separated by commas). Then do the import with WLM. If you're signed in to WLM when importing then you must also be signed in to view it since you are using the "signed-in" contact list. Likewise, if you're using the "not-signed-in" contact list.
