Solved context menu for files? not sure of name

How can I edit the list of Open With or Edit programs so I can ADD one instead of just picking
one? Was so easy in Windows XP Pro; yes, I still use that one too, it is my all time favorite one; don't like 8, 9 or 10. LOL

Sorry, I was looking for a 'reg' file instead of an 'exe' file when I unzipped . . . so tried the 'exe' file this time.

Ok, tried several times and finally resorted to uninstalling the newer version of the program and tried again and it worked. The newer version of the program was named the same as the older free version and missing the function I used the most . . . so was trying to add the free version which had a different name but evidently the same name for executing.
