Context Menu Help

Ok so how can I get my context menu to display the "Winrar" Options the way they are displayed in this photo. On mine it doesnt have a little arrow showing all of the other options it just shows all the options immediatly when I right click.

Open WinRAR, go to Options -> Settings, then go to the Integration tab and click on "Cascaded context menus".
