Context Menu's

If this is the wrong forum I apologize. Over time programs have added to and deleted from the file context menu. Mainly the "send to" part. Mine, now when you key send to there is no entry for mail recipient. I use that quite a lot. Two question

1) How do I get mail recipient back under "send to"

2) Would someone point me in the direction of a good context menu tutorial.

Under option two, number 5 will restore the mail recipient.
