Hey guys!!
I really need help..

when i'm going to the control panel my explorer crashes


Oh and i tried to use the command sfc /scannow
And i restored the system but nothing help..
Please help!

If some thing has infected your PC nothing will helpuntil you remove whatever that is.

Check Bluetooth - the related services and devices in Device Manager. Sometimes disabling Bluetooth may lead to such problems.

To follow up on Shootist's post, have you run Malwarebytes and SpyBot? You might even try Windows Defender the Malicious Software Removal Tool. If none of these help, then I fall back to my last post.

Well, maybe you don't have bluetooth, but Windows might not be aware of it :)

Anyways, Kernelbase.dll may crash for several reasons: faulty drivers, bluetooth problems, incompatible applications, incompatible customizations, etc.

Check the device manager (Administrative Tools -> Computer management -> Device Manager) and look for any unusual red or yellow icons indicating problems.

Also check Event Viewer (also in Computer Management) for error messages, there must be many.
