Solved Control Panel

I can't get into the control panel to adjust my appearance. I want to change the size of my font and icons on my desktop.
I have spent hours in that stupid "control panel" and I use the word "control" loosely....I hate windows 7

I don't have the options shown in this tut... "Change Color Scheme"...here is all I have..so does that mean I can't get to "Advanced"?

Try OPTION TWO in the tutorial instead. OPTION ONE is only if you have Windows 7 Starter or Home Basic installed instead.
