Controlling PowerPoint presentations on different PCs from One PC

I have several office locations across the US that need to see a presentation as part of a meeting simultaneously. The presentation needs to include several short HD video files and images. Network connectivity is poor at best, so LiveMeeting, Lync, Communicator and PowerPoint Broadcast are not feasible. My ideal solution would be to have local copies of the presentation at each location and controlled from the presenting location without manual intervention at each participating location. Does anyone have any suggestions on tools or softwar that might help accomplish this?
