Solved Convert dynamic disk to basic disk without os - help please

i was restoring my windows 7 hp computer using a usb bootable disk. i was trying to delete all of the disk partitions on my hard drive and i would not let me delete any of them so i was clicking around and clicked c drive and formatted it. so now i cant install an OS because i have dynamic disks and cant change them to basic because i don't have a OS . thanks .

You just need to re install windows, and stop randomly clicking things.
